Calanda is a smart scheduling tool. It helps managers find the best possible slot for meetings considering travel times and time zones.

We take privacy seriously. While Calanda does access your calendar for scheduling purposes and can send email, we do not have read access to your emails, and we do not store any private information from your Google or Microsoft accounts.

Your personal data remains just that – personal. The application access scope is limited by Google and Microsoft on our request to allow Calanda use only data which is necessaryto make your life easier.

How Calanda works?

Step 1

Answer couple simple questions on Calanda assistant.

Calanda will help you to set it up in the best possible way as for the meeting type and place.

Step 2

Calanda core engine is using complex mathematical algorithm to find the best matching slot proposals in your calendar.

You stay in control - you can remove and add slot suggestions as you want!

Step 3

Having few slots ready to be proposed, now it is time to send the invitation to your colleagues.

Participants will get email exactly as in the preview on your screen, in order to accept selected slot or slots (if more than one suits).

Step 4

Event participant can respond without need to create account, on every response you get the notification.

While you wait for the event participants to respond, you can have always overview and in polite way nudge colleagues who has not responded yet.

Step 5

Finally, when you know which slot is the favourite for your participants, you can set it up as final.
